Delivery Charges
We currently offer FREE standard delivery across the UAE on eligible online orders.
Estimated Delivery Time
Most orders are expected to be delivered within approximately 1–5 business days after processing. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the delivery location, courier operations, public holidays, customer availability, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Order Processing
Orders are processed as quickly as possible after they are received. Once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched, changes or cancellations may not always be possible.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available for eligible UAE orders. Customers selecting COD must provide a valid UAE telephone number and complete delivery address. Our delivery partner may contact you to confirm your location or arrange delivery.
Please ensure someone is available to receive the order and make the required payment.
Delivery Attempts
If our delivery partner is unable to reach you or complete the delivery, another delivery attempt may be arranged where available. Repeated failed delivery attempts may result in the order being cancelled or returned.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

NOVAÉ currently focuses on delivery within the United Arab Emirates. International shipping may be introduced in the future.
